This privacy policy explains exactly what FFSymbol (ffsymbol.com) collects when you copy Free Fire name symbols or use the name tools, why, and how long it is kept. In short: we run no ads and no analytics tracking, but the names you type into the name tool are sent to our own servers to build the styles.

Who is responsible
ffsymbol.com is run by the FFSymbol editorial team. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected]. You can also use our contact page.
Copying symbols
When you tap a Copy button, the text goes to your own clipboard. For the name tool results, the site also adds one to a copy counter so we can show the most copied styles. The counter stores the style and the day, not who copied it. Daily counters older than 35 days are deleted automatically.
The name tool
To turn your name into stylish versions, the site sends the name you type, together with your IP address, to a data server operated by the FFSymbol team in the European Union. The IP address is used to stop abuse such as automated requests; the name is used to build the styles and the list of nicknames for that name. We also keep a daily count of how often each name is styled (no IP address) for 35 days, and once a week we send a list of the most requested names with their counts, without IP addresses, to our own statistics server so we know which guides readers need.
A temporary token for the tool is kept in your browser’s session storage and disappears when you close the tab. If you do not want your name sent, do not type it into the tool; the symbol grids work without it.
Names and nicknames you submit
Some pages let you add a nickname or a Free Fire name. What you submit is public: it may be shown to every visitor and copied by them. We store the text, the name or page it belongs to and the time; the IP address is used to limit spam. Submissions are filtered for offensive words and can be removed by our team at any time. Please do not submit your real full name, phone number or any personal detail. To have something you submitted removed, email us the exact text and the page.
Feedback box
The feedback box asks for no name or email. It stores your vote (good or bad), the topic you picked, your message and the page address. We keep only the latest 300 messages. To limit spam, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is held for one hour and then deleted.
Server logs and security
Like almost every website, our web server records each request: IP address, browser type, the page asked for, the time and the response. We use these logs to fix errors and block attacks. They are rotated daily and deleted after 10 days. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and filter malicious traffic under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
FFSymbol sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not run Google Analytics, Facebook pixels or ad networks. The site saves a few small settings in your browser’s local storage so the pages remember you on that device only: dark mode on or off, the symbols you saved with the heart button, and the names you already liked or voted on. This data never leaves your device, and you can erase it by clearing your browser’s site data.
Children
FFSymbol is a general-audience site for game players. It does not ask anyone for an account, email or age, and it is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child submitted personal information (for example a real full name) as a nickname, email us the text and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to object to its use. Because we do not ask for names or emails, the easiest way is to send us the exact text you typed or submitted and the approximate time. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Changes to this policy
If we add a feature that collects something new, we update this page first and change the date at the top. Earlier versions are available on request.
